Sweet Red Pepper

Description

Sweet Pepper is a special hybrid pepper designed to be grown indoors in your kitchen or on a sunny windowsill, but can also be grown outdoors if you have a patio or balcony! It is suited for container gardening and will not outgrow its pot as it is designed to stay compact. This Pepper Plant is part of the Kitchen Mini Collection from Pan Am Seed.

Harvest when the peppers are ripe to encourage new growth. This is a perfect snacking pepper that can be eaten alone, eaten with dips, or added to salads.

You can expect your pepper plant to begin fruiting shortly after arrival. It will fruit for a minimum of a month, producing many peppers. To maximize the fruit, place it in a sunny spot- a south or west facing window is ideal, or under a grow light. These plants are bred to produce one harvest – one high yield of fruit, and then die back shortly after.
